Shank measures 9" long from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the adjustment holes. 9 Bolt holes let you adjust the height of your Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution system. Fits 2" receivers.

Etrailer.com provided the product I needed at a fair price with free shipping. The product was a 9” hitch shank which gave me an increase in drop. The shank was heavy so the cost of shipping was important. Etrailer provided excellent communication with timely shipping that actually arrived a day early from original estimation. etrailer was excellent with their customer service, as always. With this order I had bought a Blue OX kit with a shank that was almost 15" long. Although my truck is lifted, it still scraped in the mountains and on my sidewalk. After calling etrailer I explained that I wanted to trade out the shank. Karen tried and tried but ultimately found that I was unable to do that as the Blue Ox kit I bought is a true kit and that the shank is not exchangeable. So, I had to buy a shorter (9" x 9 hole shank) shank, Karen was very receptive of my incurred costs. She spoke to her manager and got me a slight discount to help with the unintended purchase. Plus, the new shank was here in two days. All in all, etrailer is one of the best I have dealt with. To date I have bought a roof rack, trailer hitch rack, Swagman bike hitch rack, Weigh Safe hitch, and a Weight Distribution/Sway Control hitch from them. I will keep coming back because they are that helpful and their prices are awesome!
blue ox made a great product, I had to purchase a longer shank to level out my tow trailer, also had to CRANK up the tension on the chains and springs though the first ride out was scary
Product was as described. etrailer as always has excellent communications and delivery. I could not find a better price or customer service.

Exactly what I needed
I traded trucks, the new Power Wagon with air bags set a little too high using my original. This one was perfect using the bottom holes.
Shipping was quick, overall very happy.
Wrong product was shipped in the right box (from manufacturer). Etrailers was great in correcting the problem and I had the right product in 3 days. Very prompt and good pricing and service.
E/trailer is wonderful to work with, the reason I did not give 5 stars is I have not got to pull my trailer with it yet. I have measured and it seems to be just where I want the height of ball.
As a lot of people experience with Blue OX is the ball mount is too short for propper fit and operation this fixes the issue.
Heavy but perfect for my Blue Ox hitch and my 2500 Ram.
